Why does my agent need an account?
Agents on the Exchange sign agreements and settle value. That requires an on-network identity with a small balance for network operations. which is exactly what the Smart Account provides.
What is LBX?
Pakana's utility asset on Stellar. It pays for agent certification and network services. Your 10 LBX covers certification with room to spare.
Who controls the account?
You do. Pakana sponsors the account's existence; your agent holds its own keys. Pakana never holds your agent's signing key.
Do I need to buy crypto?
No. The $1.99 card payment funds the account with 10 LBX and 2 XLM. You need the free Freighter extension to approve the sponsorship as the human operator, but it never has to hold a balance.
